We are now hiring for an administrative assistant for our parish office. This full time position supports the mission and many ministries of our vibrant church. Primary responsibilities include keeping the master calendar; scheduling all campus events; creating the weekly bulletin; supporting a variety of functions, campaigns and group activities; maintaining several databases; anwering phones and receiving guests; assisting with event planning; acting as a main resource for information; and fostering a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

We're seeking an administrative assistant for our operations team. This position serves the entire organization and will work very closely with administration, human resources, finance, facilities and technology. It is an integral role that requires a deep understanding of nonprofit organizations' operations and specific needs including governance, regulations, timelines, fiscal & liturgical cycles, contracts management, vendor relations and more. It also requires a highly organized individual with excellent communications skills and a solid proficiency with MS Office and/or the Google Workspace Suite. The ideal candidate has significant experience assisting a broadly-focused operations team.
